Lab #2

At first when I gave up my cell phone I felt very confident that I would be able to handle not using it for 31 hours. After the first few hours though the temptation grew to use it and to read and return text messages I was receiving. I now know how dependent I am on my cell phone and just technology in general. My cell phone is my most used means of communication usually and it is really hard to ignore it. I have to say that I was more productive when I was not using my cell phone though. I was able to complete assignments faster and have time to do extra things. Overall I think it is really hard to live without technology, but at times it is necessary.
